XTC - 3D EP

The first XTC record I ever bought and still a favourite, 3 great tracks of happy music.
Bought the "Limited Edition" 12" and assumed it was more of a collectors item than the 7" but recently found out the 7" is worth a fortune and my 12" is commonplace :(

Motors - Dancing The Night Away

One of my top 20 tunes of all time :)
Shame that most of what followed by the Motors never came up to this standard although the first album was really good (got that on tape somewhere, must find a CD copy).
This is obviously the 12" extended version (5.25) although I have a longer version but I'd say this is the top version mainly because I've played this to death for years.

Rods - Do Anything You Wanna Do

Not really sure why Eddie and the Hot Rods changed their name to "Rods" for this song, but the idea obviously worked and this became their biggest hit.

Was going to bed about 4 hours ago, then decided to have a Google for a missing B-side from a long ago sold vinyl and came across this site - Always Searching
How on earth I'd missed it before I'll never know, I've been mucking around posting the last remaining items of my once mighty vinyl collection and then I come across this site with a treasure trove of Punk / New Wave vinyl's.
Several of the tunes I've posted are there as well (but no copying from either side as far as I can tell, as he seemed to have always got the picture sleeve which I often didn't).
Great site pay it a visit ...... but don't forget to come back haha.

Grace Jones - Slave To The Rhythm

This was supposed to be the UK 12" of Grace Jones' Slave to the Rhythm, but I'm not really sure?
The A Side is certainly Slave To The Rhythm (Blooded mix), but the cover doesn't list any B-Side and the disc label says it's just one track "Jones the Rhythm"?
Now the B Side is definitely 2 tracks and the timings match the 2 tracks on the B Side of the American release.
I have a version of Jones the Rhythm on the album of Slave and it doesn't sound like either of these tracks, but as I haven't got versions of the 2 American tracks I couldn't compare them.
So the track listing below is what I believe the songs are.

Soft Cell - Where The Heart Is

This one wasn't as big a hit as their previous songs but still made no.21.
Not as memorable as the others but still a top tune.

UB40 - One In Ten

Another UB40 single from their good days.
The one in ten mentioned was how many people were out of work at the time, although not long after this it went up to one in eight before the Tories decided to change the way the figures worked (removing teenagers and over 60's and various others) to make the stats sound better.
